Alex created this functional chai tea blend to enhance chai teas natural brain boosting power. Chai tea herbs and spices are known to boost cognitive function and memory. Ginko bilabo, gotu kola and brahmi are three potent apoptogenic herbs that have been used for centuries to enhance memory, support brain function and brain health. In particular, gotu kola is an Ayurvedic herb known as the "herb of longevity".

Ingredients:

Steeping Instructions:
Boil water to 80oC - place 1tsp of loose leaf tea into your infuser - steep for 2-5 minutes
