Join my Mama & Baby Yoga class, a nurturing and empowering experience designed to support mothers on their postpartum journey. Past Yoga Classes

Mama & Baby Yoga Class!

Mama and baby yoga is a 1 hour yoga class every Tuesday beginning in May where you can bring your baby and come enjoy some movement. We focus on postpartum aches and pains as well as strength and breath to help you show up as the best version of yourself.

Date: Tuesday May 3 - May 31st, 2023

Time: 10am

Duration: 5 Sessions

Location: The Attic, 37 King St W, Kitchener, ON N2G 1A1

Price: $110 + hst

FAQ’s:

What age does my baby have to be to join?
Any child under 1 years old is welcome to join!

Do the babies do yoga as well?
No, the yoga is for the mamas! The babies usually lay on a blanket with toys beside your mat.

What if my baby cries during class?
We totally understand and it is not a problem at all! You can just attend to your baby as you see fit.

My baby is under 1 but is walking / crawling, is that okay?
Yes, absolutely! They will most likely crawl or walk away from you during the class and we just as you try and keep them as close as possible. Babies love babies so this is bound to happen!

What if I have to feed my baby during class?
Then feed away! How ever you feed your baby, with a bottle or breast, its a safe space to do both!

What if I have to change my babies diaper during class?
This is also no problem at all, you can change your baby there.
