Easy Chocolate Bark!

Gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, paleo! This dark chocolate bark is so easy to make and makes a great snack!
Ingredients
- One bar of Chocosol Traders 100% chocolate
- 3 tbsp of real maple syrup or honey
- 1 heaping tsp of organic, unrefined coconut oil!
- 1 tbsp ceylon cinnamon
- Toppings: goji berries, pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts and course sea salt!
Instructions
- Break up the bar of chocolate into a bowl that you can heat. Place the bowl over a pot of water on your stove and allow the water to create steam to melt the chocolate. Don't let the water boil or it will burn the chocolate! Keep string the chocolate till its melted.
- Once melted, add the coconut oil and the cinnamon and mix in.
- Remove from heat and stir in your maple syrup.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the chocolate onto it.
- Add your toppings! sprinkling them all over the melted chocolate. I like to add the sea salt last!
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
- Break apart and enjoy!
