Gluten free, dairy free, vegan, refined sugar free! These protein balls are easy to make a head of time and freeze for later! We love to make big batch's and pull them out of the freeze whenever we want some more!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gluten Free, Organic Sprouted Oats (One Degree Organic Foods is my favorite brand!)
  • 1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed
  • 3 tbsps Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pure Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup All Natural Peanut Butter (no other ingredients)
  • 1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine oats, ground flax, cacao powder, sea salt, peanut butter and maple syrup. Add almond milk if the dough is too thick and sticky.
  2. Roll the dough into balls about 1-inch in diameter. Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

To Freeze: Place in air tight container and freeze for up to 6 months.
