Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Gluten free, dairy free, vegan, refined sugar free! These protein balls are easy to make a head of time and freeze for later! We love to make big batch's and pull them out of the freeze whenever we want some more!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Gluten Free, Organic Sprouted Oats (One Degree Organic Foods is my favorite brand!)
- 1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed
- 3 tbsps Raw Cacao Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pure Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup All Natural Peanut Butter (no other ingredients)
- 1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine oats, ground flax, cacao powder, sea salt, peanut butter and maple syrup. Add almond milk if the dough is too thick and sticky.
- Roll the dough into balls about 1-inch in diameter. Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
To Freeze: Place in air tight container and freeze for up to 6 months.
