- 2 Bananas (peeled)
- 2 tbsp Natural Almond Butter*
- 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds (or any type of seed)
Instructions
- Spread almond butter onto one side of the banana
- Sprinkle hemp seeds on top of almond butter
- Slice and enjoy!

* NUT FREE OPTION: Use pumpkin seed butter or sunflower seed butter!
