Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp Natural Almond Butter*
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds (or any type of seed)

Instructions

  1. Spread almond butter onto one side of the banana
  2. Sprinkle hemp seeds on top of almond butter
  3. Slice and enjoy!

Notes:

* NUT FREE OPTION: Use pumpkin seed butter or sunflower seed butter!
